WHAT IS THE FOOD INTOLERANCE TEST?

The Food Intolerance Test ( FIT  ) is a test, performed using the ELISA method , which allows us to identify which food proteins the body has adverse reactions to . The Food Intolerance Test is generally aimed at anyone who wishes to adopt a healthier diet , which takes into account the foods not tolerated, or, before undergoing analyses or invasive instrumental tests,  if you have one or more of these symptoms :
